On Saturday, January 14, The Stony Brook School held a benefit concert in Carson Auditorium to support The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. On Sunday, January 22, approximately 35 students of The Stony Brook School travelled to the hospital with Director of Music Dustin Ramirez, and faculty members Jamie Ramirez and Amy Helm to personally deliver the donation of $1,036.  Members of The Stony Brook School choir sang at the children's hospital, which was broadcast throughout Westchester Medical Center and the Children's Hospital.  The students received tours through the different care units from Dr. Edmund LaGamma, head of the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Community Service Prefect Christina LaGamma and her father Dr. Edmund LaGamma organized the event.
