Alumni Perspectives Shared at Career Symposium
On October 12, 2011, 16 alumni came to campus – one via Skype – to share perspectives on their professions with members of the senior class at the 2011 Alumni Career Symposium. Each gave a brief overview to the class in Carson Auditorium, then sat with groups of students in the Johnston Hall dining room to discuss career paths ranging from business services to entertainment and arts. The event was organized by Dirk Friedkin ’84 and Jocelyn Hathaway Hutzler ’82, of the Alumni Leadership Team, with help from alumni director Bunny Russell.
