Middle School Chorus

Middle School Chorus is a semester-long course made up of both 7th and 8th grade students.  Each student will take this course once during his or her two years in the Middle School.  Students will be taught to read music and sing in parts.  They will prepare several full-length choral pieces for performance at the end of the semester.  Along with the practical work of rehearsing and performing, students will also learn to appreciate the historical richness of the musical tapestry with its various styles and genres.

Please note: All courses are not taught every semester. Offerings will vary depending on enrollment, student interest and semester scheduling.
