Middle School Art

Middle School Art is a semester-long course made up of both 7th and 8th grade students.  Each student will take this course once during his or her two years in the Middle School.  In this course, students will be taught the techniques of using line, shape, and shading/color in drawing and painting.  The students will have a chance to create in a variety of artistic media with a goal of creating a mini-portfolio of art work.  The best of these pieces will be displayed at the end of the course in a Middle School art show.

Please note: All courses are not taught every semester. Offerings will vary depending on enrollment, student interest and semester scheduling.
