French III
At the third-year level, continuing attention is given to control of more complex grammatical structures and the building of a more comprehensive vocabulary. Many opportunities for speaking and writing are provided. In addition, students develop skills that enable them to read intensively as well as extensively. The classroom is conducted in French and conversational fluency is a major goal. (1 credit)
