Concert Choir
This select mixed ensemble is Stony Brook’s oldest music group. The group prepares a large number of choral works each year, both accompanied and a cappella, in a variety of languages, for several on-campus and off-campus concerts. Recently prepared major works include Faure’s “Requiem,” Schubert’s “Mass in G,” Vivaldi’s “Gloria,” and selections from Handel’s “Messiah.” (1 credit)
Please note: All courses are not taught every semester. Offerings will vary depending on enrollment, student interest and semester scheduling.
