TRANSPORTATION REQUEST FORM

Boarders or Parents: If you need transportation to/from the airport or the ferry for yourself/son/daughter, go to the The Daily Bulletin and login with your user name and password. After login use the "Forms" link on the left side of the page. Click on the "Vacation Form Link" and find the appropriate SBS vacation/holiday/break. Then fill in the appropriate information.

The Director of Residential Life will make all the arrangements and then email the arrangements to both parents and student. The price for the transportation, with tip included, will be included in the email from the Director of Residential Life. STUDENT: Please make sure you have that cash on you and that you give it to your driver AT THE END OF THE TRIP.

NOTE: Transportation requests need to be submitted at least 48 hours BEFORE desired pickup time.
