The Visual Arts Department of The Stony Brook School extends an invitation to attend The Helen Figge Moss Memorial Exhibition. The opening reception will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2009, at 1:30 pm in Carson Gallery, 1 Chapman Parkway, Stony Brook. Admission is free and open to the public. The artist featured is Jennifer Caine. Caine works as an artist and teacher. She has taught studio art courses at the college level since receiving her MFA and is currently a visiting lecturer of Studio Art at Dartmouth College. Her recent work explores physical and imagined geographies and how an experience of place is created in an artistic narrative.
