Jack Crabtree Spoke

Executive Director of Long Island Youth for Christ, (LIYFC), Jack Crabtree, spoke at The Stony Brook School, 1 Chapman Parkway, Stony Brook in Carson Auditorium on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, at 11:10 a.m.

Crabtree is currently the executive director of LIYFC, (www.liyfc.org), and a teaching Pastor at Shelter Rock Church, Syosset. In past years he has served as the interim Pastor for Manhasset Baptist and North Shore Community Churches. He previously served as the Mid Atlantic Coordinator for National Network of Youth Ministries. Crabtree has authored and contributed to a number of books. He has been a chairman to the Long Island Billy Graham Crusade and Youth For Christ. Crabtree has also been a speaker for professional sports chapels for the New York: Mets, Yankees, Giants and Jets.

An Ohio native, Crabtree is a graduate of Taylor University with a B.S. in Education/English. He received his M.A. in communications from Wheaton Graduate School. Other accomplishments include riding over 15,000 miles on organized bicycle trips, with two cross-country trips from Maine to Seattle and Los Angeles to New York. Crabtree, his wife, and son's family reside on Long Island.
